[已解决]用bat能否将jpg图片设置成桌面背景图片？

具体要求是：
xp系统，某一个目录下，有1.bat文件和beijing.jpg图片问题

如何实现只要运行下1.bat文件，就能自动将beijing.jpg图片copy到c盘根目录下，并将c:\beijing.jpg设置成桌面背景？

xp系统下，可以用画图工具，打开jpg文件，然后就可以另存为bmp文件。

用bat如何实现这种转换过程？

楼上的方法，是可以。
但会将桌面背景给设置成灰色，如果要手动更换桌面背景，就不能选择了。

继续求jpg图片设置成桌面背景的bat方法。

这个方法可以设置，但并不能马上显示，而且注销系统以后，也不能显示修改以后的桌面背景。
