win32 单文件版，支持 -P 选项和彩显，以 CrLf 换行

pcre 8.39 编译参数：

./configure  --enable-newline-is-anycrlf --enable-rebuild-chartables --enable-static
make

./configure --without-libintl-prefix  --without-libiconv-prefix  --disable-nls CC="gcc -static -DPCRE_STATIC -lpcre"
make

    是源码的问题，更新到 2.28 后修复了，另外发现刚出 3.0 版，也顺手编译了一下，看日志的描述是没什么太大区别的
    （原 2.27 版已从 BatchCN 删除）
