注意：不是进程列表，而是打开任务管理器之后，“应用程序”那个列表里面有哪些程序。

这个应该是API取出来的, powershell没有直接的命令能取到

get-process | where-object {$_.mainwindowhandle -ne 0} | select-object name, mainwindowtitle
