需求描述：
（1)单位领导要求限期整改，所以有2000个这样的文件夹，10000多个这样的文件，但是内部有断序的文件，需要更改成特定的格式。
（2）想要实现的功能的具体描述:批量文件夹与文件同时改变。
（3）测试数据及期待结果：测试通过之后，需要跟进一次补充，恐万一自己不周之后出错
（4）其它补充信息：无
