有两小时运行这个参数吗,没找到,AT太古老了还是用二楼的方法吧

没有，但可以用 12 个 at 模拟

可以自己手动建一个计划任务，然后导出xml,手动修改时间为每2小时运行。

      <Repetition>
        <Interval>PT2H</Interval>
        <StopAtDurationEnd>false</StopAtDurationEnd>
      </Repetition>
