[文本处理] bat读取文本内指定列数据并保存excel里

其实很简单

有若干txt文件，文件内容格式均一致，需读取指定列数据并新建同名文件保存至excel里。
文件格式如下：

需读取第1列、第4列、第6列、第8列数据至excel里，读取后格式如下：

14        30.14725012        120.2726659        9.785

备注：第一行数据不要 读取是从第二行开始读取才对

powershell 还是比较方便，vba 做这个也方便
excel 行列从 1 开始 ，数组是从 0 开始，麻烦
