[文本处理] 想用批处理调用外部node.js命令处理文本怎么解决？

下面方式调用node处理文件时候乱码，怎么解决？

一定得调用node.js来读取文件吗；
要么设置一下chcp试试呢

加了这个后就不行了
shell.Run('chcp 65001', 0, true);
主要是node的语法网站上到处可以搜索出来，修改也就方便很多

不行的话第10行变量值改一下试试呢 var command = 'chcp 65001 && cmd /c node -e ....

也不行,找到一种方法,先对data使用encodeURIComponent编码,
然后在shell.Exec外部用decodeURIComponent对output进行解码,
但是效率就变差了,cscript不能支持JS ES13太遗憾了
