我刚刚试过了，Filelist.txt可以获取目录下的信息，但是相关的文件仍然无法下载。

还有，你手工执行一下findstr命令，看看为什么"E:\DOCUME~1\eetc\LOCALS~1\Temp\FileDate.txt"内容为空。

FileList.txt中有1万多行数据，有可能是延迟不够。
你试试把延迟中的10改成20、30、40、50等，直到找到一个合适的延迟时间。

rem 根据实际情况自行调节延迟时间
