[文本处理] [已解决]批处理进行txt替换,注意第2个网址com后面还有不能遗漏

一个txt文档里面的类似这样:

谷歌,http://www.Google.Com,1
搜索引擎,http://www.Google.Com/show.asp?id=2,1

通过批处理替换变成如下格式(注意,第2个网址后面有/show.asp?id=2很多时候我用批处理的时候都漏掉了),且将结果生成在新的txt中:

<a title="谷歌" href="http://www.Google.Com">谷歌</a>
<a title="搜索引擎" href="http://www.Google.Com/show.asp?id=2">搜索引擎</a>
